About Evolving HR

Evolving HR started in a very practical way.

I kept seeing the same question come up: “Can anyone recommend someone who does…?” and the answers were always inconsistent, incomplete or based on whoever happened to see the post first.

In 2024, I created a simple PDF directory to bring together people and businesses I trusted and would genuinely recommend.

It had over 1,000 downloads in the first six weeks, which made it clear that this was not just my frustration. Since then, it has evolved into the platform and app we use today, bringing together over 75 provider businesses.

Every one of them is included because I believe in their passion, their values and what they are trying to do within the profession.

As a collective, we stand for Innovation, Inspiration, Individuality and Inclusivity (with a touch of rebel energy…)
