For coaching clients, sessions may be recorded to support your learning and ensure accurate note-taking. These recordings are stored securely and shared only with you. You may request not to be recorded at any time.
Workshops may occasionally be recorded for access by registered attendees. Where this applies, it will be clearly stated during registration and at the start of the session. Attendees can opt out of appearing in recordings by switching off video and/or using anonymous login details.
All recordings and notes are stored securely and are only accessible by me. You have the right to access or request deletion of this information at any time.
Legal basis for processing
I process your data based on one or more of the following:

· Fulfilment of a contract (e.g. coaching agreement or workshop registration)
