Acheive CTC (20% off LINC Personality Profiler)
20% off LINC Personality Profiler certification
Two-day online certification, accredited as ICF Continuing Coaching Education
Achieve CTC is the exclusive LINC partner in the UK. The LINC Personality Profiler is a Big Five based personality assessment from LINC, and it measures character traits, motives and competencies rather than sorting people into types.
Certification gives you the right to work with the profiler and with every variation of the tool, including the LINC Personality Profiler for leadership development, Team Check for team development, the External Review for 360 feedback, the Candidate Check for selection, and the Partner Check for conflict work.
The two days:
Day one covers the instrument itself, why each dimension is included, how the dimensions were chosen and what the results indicate, so you can answer any question a client asks whatever your own background
Day two builds application competence, with tips and individual application examples worked through for every participant
What is included:
Two days of live online training, 9am to 4pm GMT, with a maximum of 16 participants
Your own LPP, completed before the workshop begins, and your personal 34 page report
Three free tool usages once you are certified, so you can start with real clients straight away
Access to every variant of the LPP, with no separate qualification needed for each one
No ongoing costs:
No re-certification and no annual fee
No minimum order quantity, and you pay only for reports that are completed and sent to you
Unused links are never charged
The certification workshop is accredited as Continuing Coaching Education, so ICF-certified coaches collect CCE units while they qualify.
