Bloody Good Conversations

Katie is a confidence and communication specialist, TEDx speaker, and the creator of the ME US WE™ framework, a model for building the self-awareness and relational skills it takes to have conversations that actually matter.

She also hosts the Speaking of Inclusion... podcast, and spent a decade running UK operations on oil refineries before moving into people and culture.

And that's where this connects to my world.

Because menstrual health and neurodivergence are two areas where we're still figuring out how to talk.

The knowledge is growing, the willingness is there (mostly), but the actual words are still muttered uncertainly.

That bit is still really hard for a lot of people.

So we're going to talk about...

🩸 How to have conversations about sensitive subjects when the language is still developing
🩸 What it takes to get things wrong and stay open to feedback
🩸 And what changes when neurodivergence is in the room
